2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information solely for the administration and delivery of high-quality educational services, including:

  • Communicating regarding inquiries, scheduling, and service agreements.

  • Tailoring academic instruction and accommodation strategies to meet the student's individual learning needs.

  • Retention: Student educational records and agreement details are retained for as long as active services are rendered, and for a reasonable period thereafter to comply with business accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share data only with necessary third-party service providers bound by strict confidentiality requirements:

In accordance with Section 6 of our Tutoring Services Agreement, educational background provided by parents or guardians—including accommodation requests, IEPs, and 504 Plans—is treated with strict confidentiality and used exclusively to assist the tutor in delivering personalized instruction.
